Please read carefully. Review-detector does not partner with businesses. We do not offer paid removal, managed responses, premium listings, or any other commercial relationship with companies that appear in our catalogue. There is nothing to buy here.

Our position

Reviews on this site reflect the experiences of individual users who chose to share them publicly. We believe that, taken together, those reviews provide more value to the public than they cost any individual company. For this reason we do not negotiate with companies about the visibility, ordering, or removal of reviews.

If a review contains false statements about your business

If a specific review contains statements that are demonstrably false and that damage your reputation, you may submit a formal written appeal using the form below. We will read every appeal we receive.

What we cannot promise: we make no guarantees about the outcome. Submitting an appeal does not trigger automatic removal, blurring, or annotation. Each appeal is reviewed at our editorial discretion, and the threshold for acting is high — we look for concrete evidence that the disputed statements are factually incorrect, not simply unflattering, mistaken, or harsh.

What we will do: read your appeal, look at the review in question and any evidence you provide, and decide. If we act, we may annotate the review, redact a specific claim, or in rare cases remove it entirely. If we do not act, we will not respond individually due to volume — please do not interpret silence as an invitation to escalate.
